Software Licence

This explains the licence you’ll receive when you buy 30MTAI software, in plain English.
Purchasing isn’t available yet. This licence will apply to 30MTAI software bought once purchasing opens. The licence terms shown when you buy will be the ones that apply to your purchase.
1. What you receive
When you buy a 30MTAI app, you receive a licence to use the software. You aren’t buying the software itself: 30MTAI keeps ownership of it, including all intellectual property rights.
2. Who may use it
The licence is for the person who bought it. Full details of how and where the software may be installed will be shown before you buy.
3. What isn’t allowed
You may not:
- share your licence, or copies of the software, with other people;
- redistribute the software, or make it available for others to download;
- sell or resell the software or your licence;
- present the software, or any part of it, as your own product.
4. Your legal rights
Nothing in this licence affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if the software is faulty. See Digital Downloads & Refunds.
